03 / REFRESH OR CONNECTION PROBLEMS
- Confirm that your device has a working internet connection.
- Pull down on the tape to refresh the feed.
- If TrialWire shows “Can't reach the wire,” tap Retry.
- A DELAYED label means one or more public-source feeds have not updated recently; it does not mean your device is broken.
